Brand new affordable homes are now available  for low to middle income earners.

The release of these units is a key element of the Territory Government’s Housing the Territory initiative to provide Territorians with more affordable housing options.

The strata title homes will be sold to eligible Territorians.

The units are located throughout the development on seven individual lots, with each lot comprising three units offering a choice of either two or three bedrooms to suit your individual needs.

All homes provide different and varying features but all include:

• Air conditioning throughout
• Tiling throughout
• Landscaped and reticulated gardens
• Two car parks

Body Corporate fees for the first year are paid by the Developer.
