We are pleased to announce that the ballot for 21 affordable strata title homes in Johnston “The Parks” is now open.
Territorians on low to middle incomes can apply to purchase one of the 21 affordable strata title homes which range in price from $320,000 to $390,000.
The 21 affordable strata title homes comprise:
- 8 x 2 bedroom
- 13 x 3 bedroom
To enter the ballot applicants must meet specific eligibility criteria including income limits. To find out more about the eligibility criteria and how you can apply to enter the ballot visit www.housingnt.nt.gov.au.

April 2011
With the unusually long and extreme wet season, the development has been slightly delayed with titles now anticipated for June 2011. Road development work is in the final stages with the walking trails to the parks and playground already in place together with the bus stops on Farrar Boulevard. Johnston The Parks can now be clearly seen as a great family environment with the future development of a school.
There is still an opportunity to purchase in Johnston The Parks with a selection of well positioned lots still available ranging from 700sqm to 950sqm.
