We are pleased to announce that the ballot for 21 affordable strata title homes in Johnston “The Parks” is now open.
Territorians on low to middle incomes can apply to purchase one of the 21 affordable strata title homes which range in price from $320,000 to $390,000.
The 21 affordable strata title homes comprise:
- 8 x 2 bedroom
- 13 x 3 bedroom

With the unusually long and extreme wet season, the development has been slightly delayed with titles now anticipated for June 2011.
